Project Background & Requirements:
A Middle Eastern beverage producer approached us to build an aseptic carton solution capable of handling multiple formats. The client’s team visited our facilities. Following the visits, they asked for several BH-series aseptic fillers and a turnkey package from filling through secondary packaging to pallet preparation.
▶ Requirements (extract)
Multi-format aseptic lines considered: 200 ml Slim, 250 ml Prisma, 1 L Prisma.
Each line to include: aseptic filler, UHT sterilizer, homogenizer, straw or cap applicator (by format), shrink bundling, case packing, and downstream conveying.
200 ml Slim line (mechanical cam): filler + UHT + straw applicator; 6-pack shrink + 32-pack case; case shrink and homogenizer as required.
1 L Prisma line (mechanical cam): filler + UHT + capper; case packer + case shrink + homogenizer.
Packaging materials: requested tests of 40# and 44# board grades and roll pricing (catalog reference).
Project Solution:
● Three BH-series fillers scoped initially (200 Slim / 250 Prisma / 1 L Prisma).
● Processing: UHT + homogenization sized for each format.
● Applicators: straw (200 Slim) / capper (1 L Prisma).
● Secondary packaging: shrink bundling (6-pack), case packing & case shrink as required.
● Conveyors & layout: DWG layout tailored to site; silent-chain conveyor design linking filler–applicator–packer.
Project Outcome:
The client awarded and signed for one complete 200 ml Slim aseptic line with:
Aseptic filler for 200 ml Slim;
Straw applicator;
Cardboard case packer;
Silent-chain conveyor system linking the above stations (with accumulation & line control);
Paper trolley / paper holding truck;
On-site installation & commissioning + operator training by engineers.
